Safety On The Hunt
In this episode we talk about a topic that probably doesn't get talked about enough, Safety. Specifically, being safe while hunting. Since most hunting is done with firearms, it goes without saying that firearm safety is a must and probably taken for granted that we (hunters) all know gun safety and respect firearms, but yet there are about 1000 hunting related accidents annually in the US and approximately 100 of those are fatal. Manny shares a few incidents that he has been involved with both as a guide and personally. I think we all assume we are safe, but carelessness or human error can happen to anyone.
